Orders placed before 1400hrs can be collected on the same day. Usually processed within an hour (subject to stock availability) you will receive an email confirming when your product is ready to be collected from Ivy May. Excludes weekends (weekend orders processed Monday) and Bank Holidays.

Local Delivery - Free - (minimum order £30.00) - 7 mile radius of Herne Bay. CT6 5EB.

UK Standard £3.99 (Mainland UK) - Tracked.

These orders are shipped with the Royal Mail / Parcel Force and are estimated to arrive between 1- 3 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.  

Orders received before 1700hrs will be processed that day and orders received after 1700hrs will be processed on the next working day.  

UK Next Day £4.99 (Mainland UK) - Excludes Bank Holidays and Weekends (Tracked).

These orders are shipped with the Royal Mail / Parcel Force and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 1500hrs Monday to Thursday.  

Orders received after 1500hrs or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, ready for delivery the next working day.  

UK Saturday Delivery £9.99 (Mainland UK). Tracked.

N.B. Order before 1500hrs on Friday.

These orders are shipped with the Royal Mail / Parcel Force. 

N.B. If selected Saturday Delivery after 1500hrs on Friday you will still be charged for Saturday delivery however your order will be dispatched on the next working (Monday) and you will receive your order on Tuesday. We are unable to refund postage if order is placed after the given time.

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail / Parcel Force and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Tracked.

International. 

European Delivery - £10.99. 

These orders are shipped with the Royal Mail / Parcel Force on a tracked and signed for service.  Orders must be placed before 1500hrs GMT in order to be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery normally takes between 4 - 7 days.

Rest Of The World (Outside the EU) - £14.99.

These orders are dispatched via a third party carrier on a tracked service, and should arrive within 5 - 10 working days.

N.B. All delivery timeframes are estimations.

There are no collections processed over Bank Holiday weekends.

All orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
